Somewhere new and fabulous!! Upon entry we were greeted by George, the owner, super nice guy and told us about his restaurant. He came from south beach and brought that quality food to us here in a nice place and very reasonably priced. Sammy our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, specials and wines. Food was outstanding! Spoke with the chef, EVERYTHING is hand made here and it shows. Definitely will be a regular place for us, thanks George!

This little gem has fast become our favorite restaurant. We have never been disappointed in the food, so yummy and the quality is there! All of the pasta is fresh and homemade, grilled meats are perfect. So happy they are close by!

There's a good reason for all the 5 star reviews. This place Rocks!! The food and the service are both outstanding. Gina was our our server, she was a lot of fun and informative. The 4 ouf us all loved our meals ... and all of us got to-go boxes. The pork milanese covers the platter (picture). The Argentinian Grill was incredible. As mentioned by other reviewers, the owner, George, stops by to check on your experience. Love that. He is great to talk to. This place is fantastic!!

Took my wife here for Valentine’s Day and had a great time. The owner was very nice and the food was fantastic. The salmon dish that I previously saw in their menu roped me in and it was fantastic. Definitely recommend

This review is long overdue. The staff is incredible. They are so quick to come to your table if you need anything. The atmosphere is perfect for a group gathering, yet intimate enough for a casual date. And at some point, you can almost guarantee the owner is going to come to your table and thank you for your business, and make sure everything is going great. And he will appreciate any feedback, because he is passionate about his business. It’s an art to him. So it all seems great and all, like it’s too good to be true. But then you can smell your food before it even comes out. And you know right there, you’re not going to need the salt. I got their steak sandwich on ciabatta with chimichurri. Steak was perfectly rare. Ciabatta bread was phenomenal. The chimichurri was bursting with flavor. And the best part, you can tell they didn’t cut corners. The olive oil in the chimichurri wasn’t cut with seed oils (like most restaurants do). This place doesn’t treat you like a customer. They treat you like family. From the brother and sister waiters, to the chef peeping out of the kitchen to see if you’re enjoying the food, to the owner that has stories to tell, along with decades of experience in the food industry, who only strives to make it better. It’s restaurants such as Jolie’s that give me hope for a culinary revival in Melbourne. 5 stars, hands down. I wouldn’t even sleep on it. Just make sure there’s a table available for me when I come back!

Jolie American Bistro has quickly become a new favorite. I have been twice now and can already say it is my go-to spot for pizza. The pizza is absolutely amazing, perfectly balanced and full of flavor. As I like to say, I do not normally order dessert, but here it is impossible to resist. We have tried the lemon cake, the Spanish basque cheesecake, and the tiramisu pudding. WOW, each one has been outstanding. On my last visit I also enjoyed a pasta special that was exceptional, and the orange wine paired with it made the evening even more memorable. George always makes a point to stop by and connect with each guest, which adds a personal and welcoming touch to the experience. This is a place that truly cares about both food and hospitality. I highly recommend Jolie American Bistro and am so glad to have discovered this gem.

This has become a weekly stop for us, and easily my favorite Italian food. I’ve had something different every time and never been disappointed. At this point, I just let Chef Marco pick my dishes and I’m pleasantly surprised every time. The dessert was so good it made my wife giggle out loud. I can’t say enough about the food but the service is just as great. George makes every visit fun, and Samy always takes care of us! We LOVE this place!

Jolie lives up to their high ratings. No 1: the food was amazing, every dish! My 91 year old father said they were the best fries he has ever eaten in 91 years!! Pasta specials had distinct flavors. Great service and Owner assured you enjoyed your experience. Cannot rush here. NOT fast food. No card for CC usage. Would have been nice to have free bread. About my only complaint. Can’t wait for our next visit. sea view for some tables.

Our first time here since they opened, and we came specifically to try the pizza. We ordered Fungi and Truffle and Wiseguy pizzas (3 of us) and we were not left disappointed or still hungry. Both pizzas were fantastic, great flavors and hearty toppings. It was so good, we plan to come back and try the pasta side of the menu. Service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere had a very formal look about it...maybe too formal for some. We were the only ones in the restaurant at first (around 5pm), so we were a little worried about the food, but all for naught. Food was great and it filled up with people by the time we finished and left. Jolie's is definitely worth a try!

had such a wonderful first time experience at Jolie American Bistro. Our food was so yummy (salad & pasta are split portions) with both the pizza & pasta being delicious. Their homemade cheesecake & homemade caramel was some of best I’ve had! Plus the owner George stopped by and we had such a nice convo:) would highly recommend giving this place a shot!
